And since there are no carbon brushes, the brushless motor runs cooler and more efficiently for longer life.The Jig Saw features improved stability during cutting due to a wider base plate. It features Dual ambidextrous On/Off buttons with a separate lock button for workpiece protection. It features a built-in dust blower that clears the line of cut for increased accuracy. The GVJ02 is engineered with a no-load speed reduction feature with a disabling mode that automatically reduces SPM for more accurate cutting starts.Convenience features include a “tool-less” blade change system that allows for faster blade installation and removal, a base that bevels and locks from 0° to 45° left or right for more precise bevel cuts, and an L.E.D. light with a light reduction function to reduce glare when tool is being used upside down.
