Tired of searching for the right sized jar lid to lay out your rounded corners, then hacking them out with a jig saw and trying to sand them smooth" Then you're ready for Woodpeckers Corner Jig. Just pick the radius or chamfer you want, attach it to the base plate and you're ready to rout a perfect cornereither hand-held or on your router table. The Corner Jig has been a part of Woodpeckers OneTIME Tool program before, but now it's joining the permanent product line-up.

Woodpeckers focused on versatility when we designed the Corner Jig. You can use it on your router table or with a hand-held router. You'll get the same flawless results either way. Larger projects like table tops are easier when clamped to a bench and routed with a hand-held router. Smaller projects move along faster doing them on the router table. Either way, just guide the template along the bearing of a flush trim bit for a smooth, even radius or chamfer. You'll machine a perfect corner every time.

The 16 radius templates start at 1/8" and run to 1-1/2" in eighth-inch increments and from 1-3/4" to 2-1/2" in quarter-inch increments. The chamfer templates run from 1/4" to 1-1/2" in quarter inch increments. When you're deciding the style and size of the softened corner you want, just try them out on the corner of your work until you decide which looks best.

Woodpeckers Corner Jig starts with a hefty base milled from cast and ground aluminum platethe same top-quality material we use in our router lifts and precision squares. The 22 different templates mount to the base with three stainless steel screws. All the aluminum components are anodized for corrosion protection and to give them our distinctive Woodpecker Red" appearance.

Woodpeckers is offering the Corner Jig in three different sets, Radius, Chamfer and Deluxe. All sets include the Corner Jig Base and a wall-mountable Rack-It. If you purchased the Corner Jig during an earlier OneTIME Tool offer, you can add the four new large radius profiles to your collection. You can also purchase the Rack-It by itself.

Like all Woodpeckers products, the Corner Jig is precisely machined and carefully inspected in its Strongsville, Ohio factory (just south of Cleveland).
